Hello QualityGal Writers,
The QualityGal team has two important announcements to make. Effective October 1st Christine Alber will be transitioning into another role within the organization at QualityGal. Her hard work and commitment to clients and writers alike will be truly missed. She will miss working with all of the talented QualityGal writers but is excited for her new role and opportunity within the organization.
Stepping in as the new Manager will be Daniel O’Leary, who is currently training under Christine until she moves into her new role. Previous to this position, Daniel worked within the QualityGal organization as an in-house writer. He brings previous experience in management and as a writing teacher, working with writers of all ages and ability levels. He looks forward to his new role on the QualityGal team and is excited to work with its stable of talented writers.
Beginning October 1st, there will be some changes to support hours from the QualityGal staff. Support will be available from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday from the QualityGal team:

Support from QualityGal staff will be unavailable after business hours, during weekends, and on holidays. If you have questions after business hours, it will be answered on the next business day. We understand this is a change from before and appreciate all of the QualityGal writers assisting us with this transition. Please plan accordingly, especially on assignment extension requests.
