Arrr matey! Definitely the pirate theme, if you have to be stuck in an office, at least you can look around at your pirate theme and imagine you are on the sailing on the high seas. Since my ideal get-away is a beach, especially one where shells can be found, I vote for Oceanic! You could even get a CD of ocean sounds to play in the background! 😉

We come from a tropical island. I also enjoy classic but love natural beauty. Bamboo or rattan furniture, anything that has a natural outlook in your space and also having some real life plants set up in the corner’s of your office is very nice.
Another alternative is to take a look at modern furniture pieces, allow them to reflect with perhaps photo frame pictures of landscapes, ocean back ground, sea shells art or collections, add light colors creates positive energy. A little bit of mixture just brings me back to home but yet allow the comfort of any family culture. A place that they can feel safe and yet relaxed while waiting to be seen.
