Good Morning Writers:
To better serve our clients and you, our writers, we have added a text box (asking for an explanation) for dropped articles.
Each time you drop an article a text box will appear asking why the article was dropped? Please add as much detail as possible as to why you are dropping the article, we may be able to help.
We are finding many writers were dropping articles for some common reasons such as:
Could not find the # of links required, could not meet the deadline, something came up, etc.
Well, we are listening and we want to eliminate dropped articles or at the very least keep them to a minimum.
Thank you for all you do; we appreciate all of you.
Christine
I appreciate the new box. Finding links can be a real hassle sometimes due to not being able to accept .coms and .nets. Sometimes there is only so much information on a given subject.
There have also been times I thought I could fit in an article and gotten sick or something. While I don’t drop often it does happen sometimes.
Hi Lorelei,
We’re glad you like the new comment box. We understand that sometimes things do come up – especially now that cold/flu season is here.
Our goal is to have a better understanding of why articles are dropped; whether it is the time the article consumes, the resources available, or subject matter.
Thanks for the feedback!
