QG Writer Panel Enhancement: “Returned Projects”

You asked for it, you got it! 🙂

A lot of you were confused about projects being returned to you for further edits.  Sometimes you’d assume it was just a glitch in the system and ignore it, only to realize 48 hours later that your article had been released from you.

Wonder no more!  If you go to your account frontpage, you will see a new box has been added called “Your Returned Projects”.  Now, if an article has been returned to you for further edits, it will show up in there.

Linking to Geocities

Happy Monday!

I just wanted to give you guys a heads up about linking to Geocities pages.  All Geocities pages will be taken down this fall, so linking to them in articles is (obviously!) a bad idea.

Most of you are very good about including appropriate links, but if the question ever arises as to whether or not to link to a Geocities site, skip it. 😉

New Form Clarification

I’ve gotten a few questions about the new form already – I’m so glad to see you’re all following the blog so closely!

The non-compete portion states you cannot write for any of our clients.  Any outside writing you do is perfectly fine, provided it is not for any of our current or former clients.

Any further questions, don’t hesitate to ask!

QG FAQ: “When are my articles due?”

Hi everyone-

As usual, I’ve had a lot of similar questions regarding when articles are due, and I thought I’d address them in a blog post!

Articles are due at 11:59pm EST on the stated due date.  If an article is not submitted by that time, it is released from the writer automatically and put back into the system for anyone to claim.

This is also stated in the Writer Panel FAQ.  Deadlines and attention to detail are an essential part of being a member of the QualityGal team.

If you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to email me!
