QualityGal is on Facebook!

Howdy writers! We have some exciting news for you this rainy Monday! Those of us here at QualityGal are expanding our horizons with our newly created Facebook fanpage. We also plan on becoming more active with our Twitter account(@thequalitygal). In order to make this work we need some help from each of you. Active writers should all have an email with an attached questionnaire asking about your FB and Twitter, your favorite topics, and more. If you could at your earliest convenience respond to the questionnaire, saying that all of us here are grateful would be an understatement.

Pet Peeves and Coping Mechanisms

Frendz Hamed Saber (Flickr)

Happy Friday everyone! I’m excited to be writing my first official QG blog post! Here in the QualityGal office all of us work really closely together and we’ve realized there are certain grammatical (and otherwise) pet peeves we all have in common. Thankfully, our wonderful writers (you guys!) are fantastic about watching your grammar and spelling before submitting your articles to be edited. However, in an age where the Internet is a primary form of communication between peers you come across a lot of people who, simply put, can’t or won’t write well. I try to ignore it most of the time; some of my best friends write like 10 year olds, but there are a few mistakes that drive me a little bit crazy.

Sunny Skies at QualityGal

Happy Friday Everyone!

It’s been a while since we posted; QG has been hopping lately. We were able to pull off our annual April Fools prank on our good friend Francus; we switched the period and comma keys on his keyboard and the ‘insert’ and ‘delete’ keys. It was hilarious! Francus thought that his screen was dirty and tried to wipe the dust off of the period/comma before getting our IT guy, Matt, to fix it. Lol, so much fun!

Wrapping up another good week here at QG, we have a great forecast for the upcoming week. We expect sunny skies and a Writer Panel full of claimable projects! Woo Hoo! This is a great time to jump in and claim your share of available projects.

A big thank you to all of our outstanding writers, you guys rock!

Have a great weekend.
