What’s grammar?

Hey QualityGal Writers!

Sometimes, at the QualityGal office, we need to correct minor grammar issues before sending off content to our clients, which got us to thinking: what’s the point of grammar and what does it mean to be grammatically “correct”?

That’s a really loaded question; ask any two English teachers or writing instructors what grammar is and why it matters and you’ll get two completely different answers. The truth is that the whole grammar debate can largely be divided into two main camps: the prescriptivists vs descriptivists.

Article Extension Request Process

Article Extension Request Process

Hey QG writers. Since we do occasionally get requests for article extensions we wanted to give you some information on how to get an extension if needed.  If you need an extension, please send an email no later than 1 o’clock on the day the article is due. If we are able to give an extension we will do so and 1 o’clock leaves enough time for us to give the extension without the article dropping. If you email for an extension and do not receive a response within 30 minutes, please send your extension request to [email protected]. *Remember we cannot always give extensions but will do so when possible.*

Fridays – if you are looking for an article extension on a Friday after 12pm, please email [email protected].

The new pay scale will be based on the amount of links an article requests:

up to 29 links: $15

30-39 links: $18

40-49 links: $21
